Just Getting Started

David Bell
Posted

Hello Big Pockets Forum!

My name is David and I'm just getting started in all things Real Estate investing. I'm currently located in the Metro Atlanta area.

I've thought about real estate for some time as an investment vehicle. I've always had an excuse about money, as well as, other fears or doubts. Since listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast I'm learning so much about the various options available for financing, managing, etc.

I've decided to take the plunge and started reading "How to Invest in Real Estate" by Josh and Brandon.

I'm interested in learning more about investing in rental properties. Starting with SFR and expanding from there.

I'm eager to learn and connect with you all as I begin this life long journey.

With Gratitude,

David
