Trying to get Involved for the Long Term!
Hi Everyone My Names Josh Messinger
About Me
To be honest, I don't know really where to start, but I'd like to tell everyone what my current situation is.
As of right now I am 18 years old and I have been building e-commerce and dropshipping stores online for the past two years, Also I build and grow theme pages on social media as well. working at my job, being a CSA at Wawa, INC for the past two years.
My Beginning:
I am finally getting into investing and have just started this past August on investing my money in stocks, etfs, and cryptocurrencies(also my stores as well my girlfriend and I have a clothing brand that we just started). As I look to grow and figure out what I want to do in the long term I knew truly when just beginning to gain knowledge about real estate that it is what I want to do in the long term to grow passive income, and expand my portfolio.
What I Want To Do In Real Estate!
So far from what I have learned from Bigger Pockets, and books that I have read. I find rentals, wholesaling, commercial, and flipping to be of my biggest interest. I know real estate investing can turn into almost a job due to listening to everyone on the podcast (lol) and I am committed to working non-stop to learn and consume more info on real estate daily. Growing my knowledge means everything to me and while I start my business I want to have a very versatile and diverse inventing portfolio. I would love to hear any tips or suggestions for a good place to start in real estate with low capital. I may sound dumb right know with the way I speak about real estate but I plan to make that change as well!
Goals:
1. My net worth is around one thousand dollars as of today, and I plan to get that to 10 thousand or more within the next year. Then continue multiplying that as I go along frugally.
2.Quit my 9-5 within 5-10 years and make investing my job. Investing is my dream, and my passion. I have not had more fun in my life losing my money than investing.
3. Creating and establishing friendships with a community of like-minded people that are passionate about the things I am.
4. Helping communities/other people around me and making other people successful that I work with.
5. Creating a sustainable business to support my friends/family. Also, create jobs for others/change people's lives.
