Best way to start in real estate?

Hi!

My name is Suraj, I am 19 years old, and looking to get into the real estate business. I have learned about several strategies in real estate such as wholesaling, fix and flipping, renting out properties, the BRRRR method. I am not sure exactly where to start and what the best time investment would be. If anybody has any advice for someone just starting out and trying to learn, please let me know!!!
