House hacking in Philadelphia Suburbs

Hey BiggerPockets Family,

I am new to the BiggerPockets forum and am eager to learn! My fiance and I are looking to buy a SFR with an ADL or a duplex in a Philadelphia suburb, particularly Jenkintown/Glenside area. I was wondering whether anyone has any suggestions for real estate agents in the area. A short bit about us is that I am a physician early in my training and my wife is a teacher and we are looking to offset the cost of living via house hacking. I appreciate any help or references to local real estate investor meet-ups.
