House Hacking Central/North New Jersey

Michael Whalen
Posted

Hello,

I took an interest in real estate investing a couple months ago and have been reading a lot about it. From what I’ve read, house hacking has been the most attractive route to get started for myself. Over the next year, I’ll be educating/preparing myself to make the jump for when things with Covid cool down.

I work full-time in Newark and live near Long Branch, and I wanted to talk with anyone who has had an experience with house hacking in this general area. Wanted to know how the experience went with any rehabs, finding good tenants, and the like. Thanks for taking the time to post!
