Hi BP - my name is Nick Hajdin and I am currently renting in Cleveland, looking to take the first step to financial freedom by finding a house hack. I am just diving into the world of REI and looking to network with people in Cleveland. COVID has made this rather tough! So far I have read the BP Beginner's Guide to REI and The House Hacking Strategy. Any other recommendations to prepare for my first house hack?
