Wholesale Investment in Central Florida

People ask me how the real estate market is doing in the central florida area. I'm not the biggest expert, but being in the investment side of real estate for the past 5 years I can fortunately say we bounced back after the first month of lockdown. As you know this economy is based on the consumers behavior which clearly affects every part of the economy as a whole. After the April and May lockdown investors and sellers' gained confidence to get back into the market. The realization that this pandemic is not going anywhere anytime soon and the realization that sitting at home is not going to create nor maximize the income necessary for professional or personal goals lead to an uptick of people just backing in. Its a little easier to follow the CDC guidelines in the real estate market. The low mortgage rates was a smart idea from FEDs in which benefitted some flippers. As 2020 comes to a close, we're still going strong and I hope that this pandemic will end soon I believe thats where the real work will start.
