I am just getting started, I've made a few connections using local Veteran groups. I'd love to get advice and guidance from y'all!

Well I'm still in the learning state, but when running numbers I've set myself a limit of $400,000. I've been using the  BP four square method and have been running numbers trying to develop the eye for deals. Other then that I've been keeping my eyes open for potential partnerships, not as in investment partnerships but someone to work around and learn from untill I'm comfortable enough to jump in.
