First Real Estate Investment Help

Hey Everyone, my name Is Jamel Brewton I'm new to BP but wanted to network with local investors and possibly get some questions and concerns I have with investing. So, I am 23 and looking to purchase my first Investment property around March. I have a partner that also is wanting to invest, and we are wanting to do a fix and flip as our first investment. I am a Real Estate Agent so I am familiar with the market and home buying process but not so much with the investing side.

I also need to find myself a place to live before March 2021. Renting pricing are high and I would prefer to purchase my first home something no more than $110,000. My question is how I would be able to do both with them being so close to each other? I will be grateful for any tips Thank you!
