Hello Everyone from BP,

Brand new investor looking to learn as much information from experienced people. I am 20 years old, currently staying in Houston,Tx with my brother renting an apartment 5 minutes away from the University of Houston where I study, but originally from Bay City,Tx.

I am almost done with Brandon Turners book "The Book on Rental Property Investing". This book has given me a lot of insight into the rental aspect of Real Estate, something that i am missing though is in person experience. So far I am working on saving up money and looking up deals online and running the numbers so when the time comes I am prepared for the whole experience. My goal is to learn and absorb as much information as i can to prepare for the near future, hopefully you will join me too!

Feel free to comment on this post and connect with me, would love to talk about how to finance a rental property or just anything to do with investing in real estate. I appreciate the time you all took on reading this and planning on being more active in the community.
