Newbie Investor from Euless, Texas!

Hello my name is Pedro Alicea, new Investor from Euless, TX in the DFW area. I am originally from Puerto Rico, moved here to the DFW in 2009 from Miami, FL.
I have 20+ years experience in sales and management, but after a lay off I have decided to work for myself, and Real Estate investing is the key!

Started wholesaling education and attending local REI meetings last year. This year I set up my business and have started to make deals.

My goals are to become the go to guy for great investing deals in town. I want to grow my wholesaling business into other markets like Miami and Puerto Rico. Eventually I would like to invest in commercial property and develop modern prefabs.

Joined Bigger Pockets after listening to the great podcasts, they are really awesome!

Would like to network and find local investors to assist and also experienced wholesalers to learn more from.
