Want to learn more about RE Investing in NYC

Does anyone know of good books about real estate investing in nyc? I want to learn more about investing, specifically in NYC. I already have some books from BiggerPockets. Or does anyone have any other suggestions of how to learn more about real estate investing in NYC. I keep on hearing that the rules are a little different here? real estate investing in NYC is different from most parts of the country, so I'd like to know more.
