New Investor in Broward County, Florida!

Hello I'm a new investor in the Broward county area. I Just started listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts in October 2020. Currently working as an Amazon Delivery Driver. I'm working on getting my first wholesale deal done within the next 30 days. I plan on using the money for a down payment on my first investment property which will be a Duplex. I am going to use the BRRRR strategy to grow and within the next year I plan on owning 3 properties. Incredibly excited to start my real estate investment journey and extremely grateful that I have found the Bigger Pockets community!
