Hello!

I'm an OOS REI based out of San Francisco, CA. I currently work as a Sr. Network Administrator for Commerical Real Estate Tech company, overseeing IT infrastructure and systems throughout the United States. We have footprints in 10 US Markets, and I have used a lot of Construction, and Real Estate processes and procedures for my fix n flip. I wanted to reach out to network with other OOS RE Investors to connect and compare systems, and procedures that you all are using for your Fix n Flips. I am originally from the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg Area so I have a lot of knowledge of the market itself and have a strong team in place to move forward with my fix n flip projects.
