Milwaukee Real Estate Market - What's working, what's not?

I am considering investing in a rental property in Milwaukee. I would like to connect with local investors via BP to hear what areas/types of properties are currently working in the current real estate climate in Milwaukee, WI with rising property values, COVID, etc. Thank you.

I invest in the greater Milwaukee area.  I personally prefer some of the suburbs surrounding Milwaukee.  In my experience there are more B class opportunities in the suburbs.
