Hello! My name is Gwen and my husband Justin and I have been residents of Arlington, VA for about 6 years. I joined this app to post a specific question about a very recent real estate opportunity but we have been interested in real estate investment for years. We currently own two rental properties in the D.C. metro area as well as our home in the 22202 zip of Arlington.

We hope to get advice / advisement on our current situation as well as future opportunities from this network as well as explore future opportunities!
