Hi everyone, I'm Cristian, a friend told me about this website and the BRRRR method a while ago and never put a lot of attention until a few weeks ago when with my wife were pondering the idea of buying a house in the crazy Silicon Valley market. That's when I had the idea of stopping, rethinking our approach and decided I could use the money to invest here in the US.

I have experience buying land, urbanize it (roads, electricity, water, etc.) and selling it for profit, I have also built houses in the past and have a rentals, but everything in the context of the Chilean market, which is quite different. I've been in the US for the last 8 years working in a FANG and have savings to start investing.

Interested to connect with investors here in the US, I would like to find a good market to start investing and of course learn and share my knowledge.

Thanks!
