Hey you all,

I am a new member who has been glancing around the forum for a few days. Felt rude to not introduce myself. I like in the southeast KY northeast TN area and am looking to begin investing in real estate in the near future (primarily SFH and small MFH for starters. I am in no rush and and am enjoying slowly learning the process of real estate. Coming from an entirely different field (about to graduate with my FNP license. It will take me some time to get my feet wet. Also am currently looking into buying my first home which may be used as a rental to local students in the future.

Thank you all for the very helpful information and pleasant atmosphere in this forum. I look forward to spending much more time in these forums in the future just since it is a fun filled atmosphere with good information.

Anthony
