New Investor in Binghamton, NY
Good Evening BiggerPockets Community!
I am new to real estate investing as well as new to the BiggerPockets community. I have been enjoying the BiggerPockets Podcasts and look forward to connecting with many of you within this wonderful organization!
I am a Network Engineer by trade, employed by a large California based trading firm. While real estate investing is vastly different from my day-to-day job, I've had a passion for real estate for quite some time now and I am ready to get started!
Given my game plan and strategy, I feel Binghamton, NY is a great location for me to begin my investment portfolio. I am in the process of building my team of Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Lenders (those who would lend to a new LLC), and local Contractors. If anyone has any recommendations, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Any/all feedback would be greatly appreciated.
