Another new investor in the Kansas City area

Hi all! My name is Brian Nichols. I've just recently started reading about Real Estate Investing and I'm all in. My goal is to have some kind of investment within the next 6 months. I'm posting this thread to hopefully meet some other investors in the area (or even outside of the area), recommendations for lenders, agents for property leads, property management recommendations, and any other information. All information is welcome. I'm still trying to take my time to learn about REI and make sure I am comfortable with the initial steps. I'm thinking my next step is to determine a lender(s) to work with for my first property.
