Good Day BP Community!

I've been a long time member but this is officially my first post. The time has come for me to cast a net and see who's around in my area to network and build around. I have always valued the content I have been able to find on the BP forums and I feel I have enough experience and will share my story along the way to help others around me seeking to do similar business. Either way, this has always been a community of mutual benefit and shared ideas. I've spent the last 10 years and counting in the remodeling industry. Many years before that in the Civil Engineering and Land Development world. A small 2.5 year stint as a lobbyist/consultant. I feel this is the perfect time to allow all of my skills to come together and test what's possible!

Hi Joseph, if you or anybody else finds any "virtual" meetings regarding the area please let me know. I just purchased my first SFH investment property in St. Pete. I am supposed to close on it 11/04. Looking for a second property to invest in.
