Investing in southern Ontario. Advice?
New to BP. Bought a house in Brantford before the market exploded and want to BRRRR a property, but it seems extremely difficult to do given the cost of houses here. There appears to be opportunities in London and Windsor, however I know very little about the markets there. I suspect that London would have a higher potential to BRRRR, whereas Windsor may be a good place to purchase a rental without expecting to reno/refinance.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
