Hello,

My name is Lorenz, I am originally from San Diego but currently reside in Hayward, CA. I work as a Data Analyst and am fairly new to Real Estate. My goals are to increase my wealth and ideally reach financial freedom through real estate. I came across Biggerpockets when I began searches around how to optimize the use of my savings. Saw real estate kept coming up and my parents actually own 2 properties that they rent out. The more I have learned the more I realize this is something I want to do and believe in. Then I came across the podcast, long story short; 4 books, 5 months, and 1 quarantine later, here I am signed up as a pro member ready to embrace the grind.

I have tried discussing with my friends and family, yes my parents own 2 rental properties but it happened over the span of 25+ years. They don't take risks and neither do many of the people close to me. I want to surround myself with people who have similar goals to me and people I can learn from or with. I look forward to meeting many of you and hope to enhance my goals by being a part of this community. I don't expect it to come easy or be easy but I do hope for the best and expect the worst. Thanks for taking the time to read!
