Hello fellow BP family.

My name is Kou Khang, and I'm a real estate rookie. Okay, well now that I finally got that off of my chest I've been interested in REI for quite some time. Just never found the opportunity to make the first step. I spent the last decade dabbling in business as a small time entrepreneur, mostly grocery stores and a laundromat. Well, the laundromat really because I didn't want to wait all day for laundry at home.

Was never really successful in any of those endeavors and the 80 hour weeks were really killing me so if I'm being completely honest with myself I'm actually glad the economy tanked and forced me out of those types of businesses. I wasn't glad then but it really was a blessing in disguise.

I am more interested in finding a steady stream of income with rental property than busting my butt and hoping to sell a home before the bills come due. I'm not looking to buy a stable of exotic cars, I just don't want to worry about how to pay next month's bills.

Any help or tip thrown my way is greatly appreciated, I know very well you don't have to help.
