Hello everyone,

I've been lurking for a bit, and am happy to now join BP. I am amazed how helpful and professional the members here are.

I've been in construction, both commercial and residential, for most of my life, and have slowly, largely through self-education, transitioned into RE investing. I absolutely love the control and independence!

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself, and I hope I can be a contribution to this site.
