New investor in San Diego

Hello BP Community,

I've been listening to the podcast for a few months and finally signed up. I love the content and ethics I hear.

I am in north San Diego county looking to network with other investors. My goal is to start with rehabbing or wholesaling to pay off debt and then buy and hold for cashflow after that.

I did a little real estate in Utah with my Dad but none out here. I have a good amount of real estate book smarts but am hungry for practical application.

I look forward to networking and building relationships with you all.
