Hello from Orange County

My name is Jimmy, from Irvine, CA and wanted to introduce myself after thoroughly studying the bigger pockets forum, blogs, and podcasts. I consider myself a new fix and flip investor. I've been at the OC courthouse steps for about 6 months but were unsuccessful, but learned a lot. I did find a property in Costa Mesa via regular MLS, beat 6 other offers with full cash purchase and 14 day closing time. Its a full reno just completed and ready to list.

I want to thank the bigger pockets community which helped me tremendously. I've listened to all the podcasts multiple times, my favorites are the 1st one with Marty Boardman and J Scott's podcast from Atlanta. I also read Mary's book and found it very informative. I kind of used it as a guideline for my first purchase. Plus, my parents live in Gilbert and I knew all the locations Marty was talking about in his book.

My next step is to obviously list the Costa Mesa property and also to meet with fellow investors in this community. I plan on attending few real estate clubs in Orange County. Anyone in Orange County, please feel free to contact me.
