Newbie from Arkansas
Hey everybody! I am relatively new to the real estate world, I have mainly been researching residential investments and have grown quite familiar with the process. Lately, there have been a couple of commercial properties that have caught my eye but I'm not as familiar with this process. How does the commercial process differ from the residential? I've heard balloon financing is a common financing method for commercial, are there any better methods? Any tips or resources around commercial investing would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
