Hello everyone,

My name is Dustin and I am just getting into real estate investing. I am 26 years old and work as a researcher at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Right now I am just trying to learn and absorb as much as possible. I bought my first home 4 years ago, lived in it for 1 year, then rented it out for 2 years, and have now been living there again for the past year. During this time I began to realize that real estate seems to be a good thing to invest in the town I live in. There seem to be many reasonably priced homes and way more renters than there are homes to rent. I am hoping over the next ten years to acquire 5-8 quality rentals that offer cash flow and long term capital appreciation.

Any advice any has or if anyone else is in the Jackson, Brandon, Flowood, or Pearl areas please get in touch!

Thanks!
