Hello everyone,

My name is Heberto Alanis and I recently graduated from college. I have been working in D.C. for the past 7 months but I have been looking to transition into real estate for a while now. I have no real estate experience other than following BP and reading up on the market and industry. Either way, I am ready to dedicate myself full-time to real estate and would like to become a real estate investor (initially in rental properties then move on to commercial in the future) by next year.
