Hey BP members. My name is Nick, and I am beginning my REI journey very soon! I'm currently stationed in Alaska, but I'm looking to start buying rentals in St. Louis; my home town. I will return there in the next few years.

My goal is to have my first rental by the start of the new year.

I have some financial background (an MBA in Project Management) and some real estate experience (had a Texas real estate license for a few short months before getting moved for work).

I would love to connect with everybody involved in real estate, particularly in the St. Louis area! Feel free to reach out!

Nick
