Getting Started in Saint Louis

Hello everyone!

My name is Kay.  My husband and I first really learned about real estate investing last year at a seminar and we have spent a lot of time learning about the industry.  We decided to get serious in March, and my husband has been learning the industry full time as an acquisition manager.

I am ready for us to start getting our own investments and since we are looking for our first home, we have decided to go for a multifamily and begin our journey that way. I am doing a lot of studying on rentals, property management, cashflow, and house hacking. The Bigger Pockets Podcast has been a huge resource.

I'm excited to join the community to network and learn from everyone.
