Hi All
I have been looking around on BP for about 3 months and thought it was time to officially introduce myself. My name is Trey Stanley and I live in lower Delaware in town called Milford, it’s about 15 miles south of Dover. I’m newly married and looking to convince my new wife that the money we have been saving for our first home maybe better used to start investing in real estate. I have no experience in real estate investments. My wife and I have about 80k saved and saving at a rate of 2k per months. My investment style would be buy and hold, with maybe investing in some tax liens also. My goal is to generate passive income that would one day replace our current combined income. I’m looking to invest in any market where we can be successful and properties cash flow well. I would welcome any advice ,tips or pointers.

Thanks
