Hello Everyone, I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself to the BP forums. 

I recently relocated back to the Kansas City Metro after college and military obligations. Its great to be back home again. Wow, has this place blown up over the last several years or what? The speed of suburban sprawl has surprised me. 

I've always had a passion for home service business and entrepreneurship. I have little to no exposure to real estate outside of my primary home. I'm extremely interested in real estate investing, specifically single and multi family units. I plan to begin investing within the next 18 to 24 months. Currently, I'm looking to networking with others in the local area and learn.
