First Post - Looking to Network

Hello BP Community,

Spent a great amount of time passively learning on this platform over the past several years through listening to podcasts and lurking the forums, however, have never posted. I currently work in Oil and Gas Construction industry in Houston and finally at the point ready to invest in my target areas of New Braunfels and San Antonio.  

Mainly posting as I am looking to expand my network with other like-minded people in these areas. Always been interested in REI since I was making my way through college several years ago and found the BP community. Have a great investing mindset, enjoy all aspects of construction, and am very much a natural handy-man. Willing to trade knowledge for knowledge and discuss REI in SA/NB areas.
