Bergen& Passaic County, NJ areas with appreciation potential
Hi I'm a newbie learning about the north jersey market and looking for my first house hack. What neighborhoods are considered Class B neighborhoods with good appreciation potential? I feel like I've been looking at deals for weeks and starting to question if I should refocus my target neighborhoods. So far I've been looking primarily in Clifton, Lodi, Garfield, Hawthorne - sometimes branching further. Hard to find anything that cash flows, but trying to look beyond that as my main goal is to buy and hold.
