Hi everybody! I am a 27 YOM. Love the podcast, from what I have seen love the site! I own two rental properties in Davenport, IA but am living in Fairfax, VA getting my masters degree in Economics. It took me awhile, but I have finally realized RE offers the best return on investment out of ANY asset class. Looking forward to getting much more involved once I am done with school in December.
Quick question: I am working on an econometrics paper analyzing MSA data to find the best potential market in which to invest. I am looking for good data, unemployment, median home price indices, rent indices, % of renters to owners, population, per capita income, property taxes etc. I have some of the stuff from FRED and from Texas A&M site, but any other places would be great! Or anything I am forgetting?
