Hotel Owner "Newbie" from Fullerton, CA

I've been administering hotels in my family since 2007. My hotel resume is at: http://jeffersonKim.com

Regarding "Tenant" experience: I've been renting out some bedrooms in my home since I purchased it in 2010, gone through the eviction system more times than I'd like (hotel "guests" become "tenants" after 30 days!), purchased a note on a hotel, foreclosed and repo-ed on the owner, and a lot of other things that are too lengthy to go in here.

I'm planning on utilizing the hotels' resources (ie. Maintenance, Housekeeping, Accounting, HR, Legal Departments, etc.) to branch out to some local multi-family homes (within 20 minute commute to my hotels) to invest in on a personal level. I have a staff of about 100 between my two hotels, and a lot of resources at my disposal.

My family hasn't really been that big into partnerships, so I hope to show them how it's done!

QUESTION: Is there a sub-forum on forming partnerships or having multiple investors?
