Very New Beginner...Looking for Advice on Books to Read

Hello everyone!

I have always had a passion for teaching and am currently in my second year of my teaching career! However, I have always had a side of me that has been very interested in investing in real estate. Today is the day I decided to start my journey!

I am currently in the middle of reading 'The Ultimate Guide to Real Estate Investing' and am finding it very intriguing! I am interested in reading and learning more (and as much as I can) about investing in real estate, and was wondering if anyone had any advice on good books/resources to read? I am specifically interested in rental properties and flipping houses (starting small and working my way up the ladder).
