Hey All,
I recently found BP and I am looking forward to getting to know you all better. I am currently a resedential mortgage broker and have been involved with RE for the last 12 years. I am very interested in starting to invest, and I am keenly aware I don't know what I don't know.

I initially wanted to start flipping, but quickly realized they are many opportunities. Happy to be here, and thank you!
