In the Cincinnati Area and Looking to Network

Hi Everyone!

I'm in the Cincinnati area and wanting to get back into REI. I had owned a couple of SFR a few years back that more or less had fallen into my lap. For a variety of reasons, I sold them within a couple of years and am now looking to be more intentional in developing a RE portfolio. My initial focus will be on SFR (preferably fixer uppers) and small multi-family (2-4 units).

My first step in this process is wanting to network and learn from others who are a few steps further ahead in this REI journey. What are the best meetups or networking opportunities in this area? I'm assuming COVID may have slowed some of the meetups.

Also, if you have any great recommendations for Agents, loan officers and PMs who are used to working with RE investors I'd love to start putting together a list.

Looking forward to interacting with you!
