Hello BP family my name is Steve, I'm 24 from Chicago and just beginning my real esate wholesaling venture! A partner and I have begun our marketing campaign (yellow letters, bandit signs, driving for dollars) about 3 weeks ago in the Bay Area (partners lives there). Haven't closed a deal yet but for now we are putting in the work and trying to get our first deal done!
