What's up BiggerPockets, My name is Oscar Benitez. I'm very intrigued by real estate & read a few books so far including "the book on rental property investing" & "BRRRR". I'm 25 years old in the Atlanta area. I provide mobile window tint services, but me & my girlfriend want to land our first deal, & get started building our portfolio. We both have a very high work ethic, so we are both very hungry to learn more. We have money saved up & got a pre- approval from a bank already. Any advice you guys can give me getting started would be greatly appreciated. If there is any real estate agents who are investors in the Atlanta area would be extremely helpful.
