Hello BiggerPockets community! 

My name is Shaun. My background in real estate is using an agent to purchase and sell a condo and single family home. I'm also currently building a home. All traditional purposes. 

I'm from the suburbs of St. Louis, Missouri. I'm in sales at a science, tech & healthcare company. 

My vision for real estate is to eventually gain financial independence. I want to start by using the BRRRR strategy and I'm hoping to invest in my first property by no later then March 2021 with a cash flow of $200/month. I joined Bigger Pockets after reading How to Invest in Real Estate by Joshua Dorkin & Brandon Turner.
