Hi! I'm new to BiggerPockets and have already learned so much! I am a veteran looking to invest in SFH in the Houston area. I will be using VA loan benefits for financing and hopefully moving to invest in multifamily properties. Open to any advice and tips! Thanks in advance. Anyone else new here?
