Looking for Real Estate Attorney in Austin

I moved to the Pflugerville, TX area around 5/20. After reading/being interested in real estate for many years, I am finally at a point where I will be pulling the trigger on a new duplex by 1/21 (ran numbers and cash-flows). It will be a house hack/FHA, and is under contract. I am in IT / Cloud/Consulting space by trade.

I do plan to venture into other aspects of real estate, such as fix/flips and hold of single family homes, up to 4-plexes in the Austin, TX (Travis County/Williamson County) & San Antonio (Bexar County).Currently looking for a real estate attorney to assist me with reviewing the duplex contract, title policy, & take it all the way to closing.

Looking to develop mutual business contacts/build a team in the area in the near future.

The best way to save thousands on legal fees is to work with, and have your closings with, a fee office - ie an attorney owned title office.  Much of the "legal work" involved in a real estate transaction is a duplicate or partial duplicate of the title work.  The benefits are too numerous to list - but, always try to direct title to your preferred fee office.
