We need help w financing on $110k townhome

My wife and I have been in a small condo in Chamblee and we were considering buying the property. Wife has great job/income and we actually found a nicer property and were approved but lender ask my wife to take a dispute off her credit and it dropped her score 54pts and out of qualifying. She has great job/income w 600 fica score and I’m an artist/luthier w 750 fica but don’t show income. We would like help purchasing this $110k property or even something a little nicer alittle further north. We are nice responsible people! Thanks for any response!
