Hi my name is Jeff. I live in central Missouri. I currently work a 9 to 5 in commercial power generation. I own two single family homes. One of them is a rental. I am also a co-owner of one commercial property which a business I co-own operates out of. I am looking to learn real estate investment strategies such as the BRRRR Method, flipping, etc so I can generate some long term passive income. My current strategy is buy and hold, but I am looking to iterate on that.

A couple of my friends have used BiggerPockets and said it is a great resource.  I look forward to connecting with others and am excited to learn new investment strategies.

Thanks in advance for any help I might receive!
