Hello Bigger Pockets Fam,

I'm Robert from Coeur D' Alene, ID. About 4 weeks ago I was told to read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by my cousin (If you have read that book you probably know what happened next). After reading it, I've been hooked on REI. I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and reading as many books about REI every chance I can. My goal is to network with as many people as I can on here and in my hometown. I'm hoping to BRRRR an SFR before the end of the year.

Before I go, I have a couple of questions for you all.

1. What is your favorite REI/Business Book?

2. What is one thing you wish you did differently as a new investor?

Thanks for all the BP Fam! I look forward to connecting with you all!
