Hi Everyone, I am new to Biggerpockets.com and look forward to learning from you all! I am a Realtor (as I'm sure you can tell by my photo) and have been selling houses in NYC and Los Angeles since 1998. The only reason I ever got my RE license in the first place was to be an investor. I grew up cleaning and fixing my Dad's apts and got the bug from him. Now I'm ready to get started. I am going to start a yellow letter mailing campaign to find sellers and will be looking to hold, flip, wholesale and work with money partners to build a larger portfolio. Any tips anyone has for the absentee yellow letter program would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Missy
